Spectacle and Performances

In general spectacle refers to an event that is memorable for the appearance it creates. Derived in Middle English from c.1340 as "specially prepared or arranged display" it was borrowed from Old French spectacle, itself a reflection of the Latin spectaculum "a show" from spectare "to view, watch" frequentative form of specere "to look at. The term "spectacle" has also been a term of art in theater dating from the 17th century in English drama.

The spectacle operate in the in two contexts simultaneously. On the one hand, it refers to high culture (drama, movies) performances where the draw for an audience is the impressive visual accomplishment. On the other hand, it refers to low cultural shows operating in a folk environment.

A performance, in performing arts, generally comprises an event in which one group of people (the performer or performers) behave in a particular way for another group of people (the audience). Sometimes the dividing line between performer and the audience may become blurred, as in the example of "participatory theatre" where audience members might get involved in the production. Singing choral music, and performing in a ballet are examples. Usually the performers participate in rehearsals beforehand. Afterwards audience members often clap, indicating appreciation. However, sometimes this rule is reversed. In Japan, the greatest compliment is complete silence.

Performances, for example in theatre, can take place daily, or at some other regular interval. Performances can take place at designated performance spaces (such as a theatre or concert hall), or in a non-conventional space, such as a subway station, on the street, or in someone's home.

It is very awesome to watch this movie because the effect, the story, the plot, is very good. It can twisted our mind and it can very confusing. But the best part is the ending I think. Because we dont know is it still on dream or is it real. It all depends on the audience how to judge the ending of the movie. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!

VR Project 1

Wow time pass so fast nowadays I dont understand why. But this is the 7th week of this semester so fast I think. And there will be many assignment to submit this week. So this is my first project for VR in this semester. The main objective to crate panorama view in the certain place. I think is fun to do it and after this project I feel like I love VR...:P

Upstairs to Petrosains Downstairs to Aquaria

Wow this is the first time for me to go to Petrosains and Aquaria. Both of this place is awesome and so cool. But I think 2 hours in Petrosains is not enough because there is many attraction that I miss. Is not enough time so I plan to go there again next time. Is so very very awesome place because we can learn and play a lot of new things about the science and environment. Beside that I learn about many kinds of species that live underwater and some of fantastic animals in aquaria. Nice and good place to go but this is not the last because I want to go there again.

wow he was the best man that I know in the world. Why? Because I admire him so much about his creativity and his genius thinking. He is the best for the animation and drawing and fantasy. VR assignment 1

huehehehehe...
today I do my first assignment on vr about panorama. It is very funny because I can make a good photograph. It take a long time to take a picture because I do a lot of mistake and make my friends very very not patient to me. So in the end my friends is took the picture. Huehehehhehehee...

A lot of fun if we have a good friends and I am very happy to have them. And today I learn about how to take a good photograph and having a good friends is better than alone. Huehehehehehe...
If I remember again I still have a lot of laugh. And the main point why I laugh a lot because I just realize that I am VERY FAT NOW. :)) =))
